Nestled within a 140-acre nature lover's paradise, our resort boasts winding roads, ponds, streams, and protected nature preserves. The oversized motorcoach parcels, ranging from 4,500 to over 14,000 sq. ft., feature expansive RV pads. Enhancements to the lots include custom landscaping, outdoor kitchens, living areas, pergolas, natural gas fireplaces or hearths, personal hot tubs, and craftsman-inspired bungalows/garages. Each lot is move-in ready with grass, underground sprinklers, concrete or brick paver pads, 200-amp electric, water, natural gas, and city water sewer connections.
