These lots feature all of what a Classic lot has to offer, along with Classic Premiums but also include a covered pavilion area as well. These lots also vary by specific lots but add such features as hearth fireplace settings, ceiling fans, outdoor kitchens with grill, mini fridges, sinks or ovens, some even have outdoor TVs. Rates range from $159 to $279 per night depending on the day of the week and season selected. |
Rates are discounted by length of stay. A stay that is 7 days to 21 days is 10% discount, 22-30 days is 15% discount. Credit card services fees are 4% - Weekday is Sunday to Thursday, Weekend is Friday & Saturday - Holiday rates take precedence during Peak season. Maximum rental period is 30 days.
