All come complete with a 20' x 70' level concrete pad/driveway and a bistro table with two chairs. There are full hook-ups for electric, water, sewer, and high-speed WI-FI available. These lots come in varying sizes and views, some nestled right up onto water ways on property, while others join with our surrounding wetland preserve areas and forest. Rates range from $79 to $149 per night depending on the day of the week and season selected. |
Rates are discounted by length of stay. A stay that is 7 days to 21 days is 10% discount, 22-30 days is 15% discount. Credit card services fees are 4% - Weekday is Sunday to Thursday, Weekend is Friday & Saturday - Holiday rates take precedence during Peak season. Maximum rental period is 30 days.
