These lots feature all of what a Classic lot has to offer with varying premium features depending on the lot you choose. Premium features include additional patio space with premium furniture, gas firepit rings, further patio buildouts with dining areas, some with shading, grills or even waterfall features built right into the lots. Rates range from $119 to $239 per night depending on the day of the week and season selected. |
Rates are discounted by length of stay. A stay that is 7 days to 21 days is 10% discount, 22-30 days is 15% discount. Credit card services fees are 4% - Weekday is Sunday to Thursday, Weekend is Friday & Saturday - Holiday rates take precedence during Peak season. Maximum rental period is 30 days.
